Ball is a important part of the ball valves,the balls are forging, so the strengthand toughness properties are very good. It can be divided into the floating ball or trunnion ball from the structure,according to the manufacturing process,it also can be divided into forged ball ,cast ball and welded ball.

The surface finish is very good, we must polishing processing on each ball after we used the ball crusher to machine.
we can save more cost of materials because we have the forging company and CNC machining by ourself.
The forging or bar material are no cracks and packing with pearl wool to protect the surface.
